SUMMARY:

As a Stock Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development, implementation, and administration of our Rewards Framework, with a primary focus on Stock Administration.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective management of our stock programs and contribute to the success of our Total Rewards initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate on the design, review, and management of the Total Rewards Framework: job catalog, compensation structures, short and long-term incentive programs.
  • Support & audit the Rakuten Stock Administration Program
  • Complete ad-hoc analysis and generate reports to assess current rewards programs, trends and best practices and other related initiatives.
  • Work with HRPBs to continuously improve Stock related communication.
  • Participate in the preparation of the global annual compensation review process, this includes data validation and Workday Advanced Comp configuration and testing.
  • Partner with the HRIS team to maintain Stock data in Workday.
  • Assist cross-regional Total Rewards initiatives (Americas, APAC, EMEA)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Compensation/Payroll/Finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; experience in working with people data is preferred.
  • Ability to build productive relationships; excellent interpersonal, consulting and communication skills to work collaboratively across teams and diverse cultures in a matrix organization.
  • Knowledge of Equity Programs
  • Experience managing programs from end to end.

At the time of posting, Rakuten expects the base compensation for this role to be within the range shown below. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location. The successful applicant for this role will be eligible for discretionary bonus, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and other employee benefits as the company implements.

USD $78,651.00 - $135,216.00 annually
