Job Description

An opportunity to use your experience to influence leadership alongside your deep expertise, and passion to create total rewards programmes that contribute to our growth at scale. As the Senior Compensation Partner - EMEA you will provide guidance to partners across our business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation topics; including the setting of pay levels, base, bonus, equity, and incentive compensation.

Responsibilities:

  • You will partner with our HRBPs to influence business leaders in compensation strategy, programmes and issues while balancing business acumen, reward expertise and relationship skills
  • You will provide expertise and consultation to senior leaders on the deployment of total rewards methodologies and philosophy for the Region
  • You will ensure that compensation programming is designed for scale, while retaining flexibility for customisation
  • You will lead the creation of Total Rewards offerings for new countries in the EMEA Region
  • You will guide identification, assessment and execution of ongoing compensation process improvement
  • You will work across teams and leadership to understand our goals and recommend/implement approaches and policies to effect ongoing improvements in compensation programmes
  • You will consult on the design and administration of global processes, market analysis, annual budget planning and focal review
  • You will provide technical expertise and proactive guidance to manage and maintain our competitive positioning
  • You will partner with the recruiting organisation to ensure sound, compelling and attractive offers are extended to secure the necessary talent to help us grow to our projected growth
  • You will manage changes to ensure compliance with global pay regulations and our commitment to pay equity in all the Countries within the EMEA Region.
  • You will develop dashboards and analytic models to provide business insights and interpret market or internal trends

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with EMEA-wide compensation and equity programs with emphasis on both broad-based and incentive compensation including sales compensation.
  • Demonstrated experience performing complex reporting and analysis. Strong analytical, mathematical, statistical, and conceptual skills
  • Excel expertise

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep compensation knowledge including compensation theory, application, and compliance with local labour laws that apply to compensation plans, policies, and programs
  • Experience with, and exposure to, a distributed workforce and high-impact HR and Total Rewards functions within a world-class scaling organisation

This is a remote role, with visits to the London office and across EMEA as and when needed.
