Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company compensation and benefits programs.
  • Lead monthly payroll events/process to make sure the on time payment and accuracy including attendance, social security and salary payment.
  • Define the Compensation& Benefit initiative such as retention project, benefits localization, wellness project, EAP project, service award program, compensation and other survey participation;
  • Lead vendor management. Negotiates coverage services and costs with carriers.
  • Responsible for social security yearly review and update required by Government.
  • Lead the attendance data maintenance, leveraging the resource in MFG.
  • Lead and conduct the annual compensation planning cycle – new salary range, salary structure development and ensuring the most cost effective salary changes and highest level of equity across functions/departments
  • Forecast and analysis - Analyze monthly actuals and provide forecast by collaborating with business stakeholders to drive financial improvement, support to facilitate R8Q and corrective action.
  • Perform analysis as requested by other team members in support of broader initiatives
  • Coach, counsel and educate other HR functions on C&B/payroll policies and practices

Qualifications

  • Requires BS/BA degree or equivalent with 12 or more years of related experience and 7 or more years on C&B or payroll.
  • The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills. Managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to drive priorities and initiatives. Outstanding management skills, including diplomacy, clear communication style and employee development.
  • Ability to work in a complex, matrix environment dealing with changes
  • Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn; can work under pressure and meet the requirement of deadline
  • Positive “can do” attitude to try and solve any problem
  • High attention to details; self-motivated and team player
