In this role you'll be responsible for devising the organization's compensation strategy and designing and supporting the day-to-day administration of compensation plans, including salary increases, bonuses and stock awards. Ensure compliance and governance of all compensation plans and programs with organizational policies and procedures. Identify and assess risks, conduct various audits and evaluations, and responsible for overall communication of employee compensation programs.

What you’ll be doing...

  • Work with other members of the Compensation Offer Team, using compensation guidelines and procedures to determine salary offers for internal staffing and/or external hires across the enterprise.
  • Take ownership of analysis to ensure offers are equitable.
  • Ensures offers are competitive and contribute to the organization’s ability to attract, retain and motivate employees.
  • Effectively works with a team in a fast-paced environment to ensure offers are completed in a timely fashion. Support on all International fair pay analysis and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Performs other compensation analysis, as needed.
  • Participate in survey input.
  • Participate in salary range review, including analysis.
  • Works with the compensation team to support the annual base pay crease and short-term incentive processes.
  • Support where necessary on structural changes / projects
  • Performs other compensation analysis / support, as needed.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in a similar role involving compensation, data analysis or HR including analytical work.
  • Highly proficient in the latest word processing, presentation, and data analysis software (e.g. Microsoft Suite, MS Access, etc.)

Even better if you had one of the following:

  • Master's degree in a relevant subject.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the capability to communicate effectively with leadership.
  • A demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and possess strong communication and organizational skills
  • A high level of proficiency in MS Office tools and data analysis software.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience of working within a large, global organization

    Where you’ll be working

    In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
