UKG is seeking a candidate interested in growing and learning the world of Equity Compensation within our Total Rewards function. The Stock Plan Administrator will support the equity award administration function in a private high growth, global environment. The Stock Plan Administrator will maintain an effective partnership with internal Legal, Finance, Tax, Payroll and People Solution. This position reports to the Manager of Equity Compensation.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day administration of the equity programs of the company’s global stock plans • Assist with all aspects of the Fidelity PSW platform to oversee all participant equity plan transactions and ensure accuracy and data integrity including: o Support the preparation and processing of quarterly and ad-hoc restricted stock releases on a timely basis for all employees globally and other non-employee grantees o Review daily equity transaction reports and facilitate processing of stock option exercises o Assist with the periodic stock grant process and online equity agreements for all grants o Monitor grant acceptance process o Assist with beneficiary/estate process o Assist with the processing of scheduled dividend payouts o Review daily file feeds and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data • Provide tax reports to Payroll for restricted stock releases, and stock option exercises • Support employee understanding of equity awards and company program by addressing employee inquiries regarding processes and policies in a timely manner • Develop and maintain documentation of routine workstreams • Perform other duties and ad hoc projects and reporting as requested

Basic Qualification: • Minimum 2-5+ years experience in equity compensation or stock plan administration, preferably in a global environment

Preferred Qualifications: • BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field such as Human Resources • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficient computer skills • Must demonstrate attention to detail, analytical abilities, and consistent follow-through

The pay range for this position is $68,100 to $97,900, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
