Summary: Our mission is to develop, communicate and manage a competitive total rewards philosophy and strategy encompassing compensation, benefits, and equity. We monitor market trends (benchmarks, surveys), legislative changes, and business priorities for impacts on our total rewards programs whilst maintaining cost effectiveness and ensuring legal compliance.
The Role: Reporting into the VP of Total Rewards at UiPath, the Total Rewards Intern will support the design, management and delivery of our compensation and benefit programs across our global regions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to aid in the smooth administration of our programs and communications that resonate with our employees.
What you'll do at UiPath
Learn the basics of Compensation and Benefits at UiPath
Become familiar with HRIS system – specifically Workday
Provide advice and consultation to HRBPs and Talent Acquisition teams with market data and program information
Create spreadsheets of the market and other data to support analysis
Documentation of processes
Lead job architecture and description project
Create pay ranges and set up in Workday
Audit of employee level data
Manage our employee-facing benefits and compensation content internally
Support implementation of a third-party benefits administration platform
Promote wellness initiatives and events
Learn vendor management skills through joining external calls and meetings
Network with other HR Professionals
What you'll bring to the team
Entering 3rd or 4th year at university
Excel experience required
Interest in analyzing and communicating data and in helping improve and document processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly to different audiences
Collaborative approach inside and outside the team
Strong eye for detail and accuracy
