As the Senior Manager, Global Compensation you’ll work with colleagues all over the world as a highly collaborative team leader who aims to provide consultative support to PX and business leaders to ensure that our pay programs attract and retain top talent, reinforce our values and drive a high-performance culture.

What You Will Do:

Strategic Compensation Partner

  • Role model a consultative approach to assess compensation challenges with a strong focus on listening, leveraging data insights, fostering collaboration and identifying the best option to address issues/opportunities

  • Manage the prioritization of a global compensation initiatives roadmap

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives

  • Partner with PXBPs to provide appropriate guidance and interpretation of policies and guidelines

  • Deliver expert compensation consultation and develop proposals and presentations about compensation programs (including market data and appropriate pay levels/targets) to educate and influence

  • Lead or act as a team member on cross-functional strategic projects

  • Partner with the People Analytics team to generate reports that provide insights to help senior leaders and PX partners assess compensation trends that affect engagement, career growth, retention and performance

Functional Compensation Expert

  • Develop an approach for conducting market research to analyze industry trends for competitive compensation programs

  • Benchmark company compensation against industry peers and provide recommendations as needed

  • Design and manage competitive salary structures and global short-term incentive programs

  • Develop & oversee job evaluation processes to classify market-aligned salary grades

  • Lead annual compensation planning cycles, including the annual merit program

  • Stay informed about global compensation laws and regulations for compliance

  • Manage and maintain compensation technology, including salary aggregator platform (PayFactors)

  • Guide compensation configuration within HCM (Workday) alongside the People Systems team

People Leader

  • Lead a team of compensation professionals focused on providing expertise, guidance and support to our business segments to assess compensation challenges and implement solutions that address business priorities.

  • Coach & develop team members to ensure priority focus and execution, while maintaining an agile and growth-mindset approach to the work.

What Skills & Experience You Will Need:

  • 7+years experience in compensation with increased leadership responsibilities; and/or may substitute years of experience with other applicable experience including human resource and/or finance role experience.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights

  • Excellent collaboration, communication and presentation skills

  • Project and/or program management experience

  • Curiosity, agility, and ability to work quickly in ambiguous situations

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills

  • Experience with FLSA and Pay Equity/Transparency legislation
