How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

The regional compensation analyst will collaborate & support with the administration of compensation programs, salary structures and job evaluations that support the company’s business strategy, working in partnership with the Sr. Analyst of the team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capability with the desire to develop their career as a compensation professional.

The Regional Compensation Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Audit Information Systems on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of compensation data
  • Update and maintenance of Regional Compensation Sharepoint site
  • Evaluate and define salary offers for external and internal candidates. Analyze all the proposals for promotions, off-cycle adjustments and salary changes proposed by the different functional departments and business units, to guarantee the application of the current compensation policy.
  • Update of internal compensation files and reports
  • Collaborate in the annual planning process for Merit increases and Annual Bonus.
  • Contribute with the collection of salary and benefits surveys
  • Collaborate with the administration of the Pension Plan benefit in Argentina (control of invoices and general plan information, support in preparation of presentations)
  • Contribute with the response of salary and benefits surveys.
  • Execute ad-hoc reporting for special projects as needed.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in similar positions is desirable
  • Knowledge of compensation practices and trends. Experience in supporting day-to-day compensation needs of a large and varied client group.
  • Curious and willing to learn by doing in a changing environment.
  • Proactive and trusted partner who builds strong relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software products.
  • Ability to create and analyze formula-driven worksheets in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources management system (Workday and/or Success Factors) is desirable.
  • Advanced level of English is required.
  • It is a temporary position for 12 months.
