The Boeing Company’s Total Rewards Delivery organization is currently seeking a Compensation and Equity Operations Senior Manager to join the team in Mesa, AZ or Seattle, WA.

Join us in a pivotal role focused on the operational management of compensation and equity strategies at Boeing! You will play a key part in executing and optimizing our compensation programs, collaborating closely with the Global Compensation Strategy team. Position Responsibilities:

  • Direct and inspire a high-performing team in the operational management and continuous improvement of equity and compensation programs, fostering effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Oversee the implementation and administration of diverse equity and compensation plans, including Restricted Stock Units, Long-Term Incentives, retention initiatives, variable pay, and other specialized compensation programs

  • Lead the management of supplier operations related to equity record-keeping and administration, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing operational efficiency

  • Facilitate the execution of compensation programs through internal HR systems (Workday), collaborating closely with IT, Payroll, and subsidiary teams to ensure seamless operations

  • Assist in the annual compensation review process and performance adjustments, ensuring the accuracy and timely distribution of employee statements

  • Maintain thorough operational documentation, including business rules, plan provisions, and process maps, to support effective program administration and compliance

  • Assess supplier performance, implement improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to service standards to drive operational excellence

  • Oversee issue resolution and change management processes to optimize resource utilization and streamline operational workflows

  • Ensure accurate and efficient data transfers between the company and its suppliers, maintaining operational integrity and compliance

  • Uphold financial and data integrity for precise plan accounting and supplier payments, ensuring timely processing and accuracy

  • Conduct regular database synchronizations to ensure data accuracy and operational consistency across systems

  • Supervise team operations to meet service agreements and deliverables punctually, ensuring a commitment to operational excellence

  • Build and cultivate a diverse, motivated team with clear objectives and development plans, focusing on achieving operational success

  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent through effective rewards and promotion strategies, fostering a high-performance culture

  • Drive operational efficiency, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and implement corrective action plans to mitigate risks and enhance overall performance

  • Champion a proactive safety culture by modeling and rewarding safe behaviors within the operational team, ensuring a safe working environment for all

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience in Compensation processes

  • 10+ years of experience in stock and/or equity plan administration

  • 5+ years of experience managing direct reports

  • 5+ years of experience using critical business and financial acumen in order to influence and shape strategy

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Experience in guiding decision-making within a cross-functional team environment

  • Experience in driving and managing operational integration and change management with successful outcomes

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $163,200 - $235,750
