Job OverviewIn this Senior Advisor role, you will partner with HR teams and leaders for assigned client groups to provide total compensation analytical and management support to ensure alignment with attraction & retention needs, market competitiveness objectives and cost-effectiveness. You will provide consultative insight and guidance on compensation-related matters, as well as input into the development, design, implementation and administration of compensation programs and policies incorporating a line of sight to the client groups' business strategies and operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operates as primary advisor and subject matter expert on compensation-related matters, including compensation philosophy, policies, programs and approaches, identifying client needs, being a great partner, brokering development of solutions and delivering both broad based and incentive compensation strategies and solutions to meet the needs of the business.
- Influences company wide compensation philosophies & strategies and evangelizes enterprise and/or frontline compensation approaches, guidelines and programs.
- Educates client groups and provides subject matter expertise on compensation policies & practice.
- Identifies client group compensation structure and policy challenges and provides input to compensation strategy and program reviews. Influences road map for work priorities within and outside of compensation teams. Informs on market data and impacts on internal equity.
- Participates in the design and administering of company-wide programs related to base pay, bonuses, policies, sales compensation, and performance based compensation programs. May be a project lead on cross-functional projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and 7-10 years work experience in compensation with expertise in designing, implementing, and managing compensation strategies and structures.
- Experience in providing strategic advice to business leaders and aligning compensation initiatives with business goals
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation skills to navigate complex discussions and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Experience in Executive-level presentations, confidently delivering insights and recommendations to senior leaders and partners.
- CCP, CSCP, PHR, or SPHR a plus

Base Pay Range: $112,400 - $202,700 Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
