Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) for Global Compensation in Human Resources (HR).
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You accompany and support various global compensation projects in all phases in cooperation with the Total Rewards team
- You will assist in the preparation of presentations and communication materials for HR, managers, employees and other key stakeholders
- You will assist with analysis and reporting to support decision making and strategic planning within Global Compensation
- You will be involved in regular and recurring tasks in the area of compensation, e.g. in relation to our share programs (Share Matching Program, Special Stock Awards and Long Term Incentives)
- You research current trends in the area of compensation and prepare this information for internal analysis
- You will be involved in the organization and implementation of enablement sessions or information events for HR teams and managers on compensation topics

Your qualifications and experience:
- You are studying business administration, management, business education, or a comparable economical course of study, ideally with a focus on human resources
- You are available to us on a long-term basis (at least 1 year, preferably longer)
- You have good skills in using the Office365 applications (including MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You have a keen interest in HR topics and ideally have already gained some practical experience in this area
Your attributes and skills:
- You have very good English and good German skills, written and spoken
- You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy interpreting data to enable informed decisions
- You understand how to translate analyses into actionable recommendations that create real added value
- You thrive in an international environment and look forward to working with colleagues from all over the world
- You have a talent for communication, work extremely accurately and enjoy taking responsibility for driving projects forward
