HR Total Rewards purpose is to attract, motivate and retain valued employees through compensation, benefits, wellbeing, performance, mobility and recognition utilizing the development of market competitive programs, methodologies, technologies, and effective communication strategies.
About the role - you will:
Support our global programs including but not limited recognition, wellbeing, and global plans.
Global Recognition Program
- Produce engaging dashboards and reports on award activities to engage leaders and employees.
- Recommend enhancement to reporting metrics so that meaningful analytics can be presented to various stakeholders.
- Stay updated with vendor product offerings, particularly on technology and reporting functions.
- Participate in various engagement campaigns and activities throughout the year.
- Recommend ways to sustain and improve the program.
- Participate in the implementation of future program enhancement.
- Monitor and respond to enquiries in program admin mailbox
- Maintain program SharePoint, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other resources as and when needed
Global Benefits Plans
(Business Travel Accident, Medical Benefits Abroad, Expat Medical, EAP)
- Ensure that plan information is updated in various communication platforms
- Recommend effective communication of global benefits to managers and employees
- Collaborate with finance to make timely payment to ensure continuation of our benefits
Global Wellbeing Program
- Participate in the design and implementation of wellbeing dashboard and analytics
- Support Global Wellbeing Team in designing and rolling out wellbeing initiatives
- Promote wellbeing initiatives through various communication channels
About you:

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and create meaningful reports.

Organization skill: Ability to manage timelines and work independently; enjoy organizing events

Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing data and reports.

Strong team player: Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders

Desired University degree with professional training, or similar qualifications.
Your experience includes:
- At least 3 years of work experience in analytics, employee engagement or related field
