About The Role - You Will
Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives. Employees enjoy ample on-site parking, free shuttle vans and buses within the city of Korat, as well as transportation to and from Bangkok and Khon Kaen province on weekends. At work, you can grab a delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks at one of our 24/7 on-site canteens or coffee shops. We offer table tennis, basketball, volleyball, a running/walking trail, and exercise classes in our on-site fitness center. In addition, there are relaxing spaces with comfortable seating both indoors and outdoors, perfect for taking a break during the day.

About The Role - You Will
- Be responsible for the design, development, implementation, oversight and periodical review of the company’s compensation and benefits policies and programs
- Develop and/or participate in compensation/benefit surveys and conduct analysis of market trends to ensure the company’s effective and competitive compensation and benefits programs and relevant to business needs
- Perform data and information analysis leading to business decisions or recommendations
- Explore and introduce new compensation and benefits programs and vendors including cost analysis
- Manage vendors, program renewal and enrollment
- Enhance and implement strategy to facilitate ongoing communication of compensation and benefits plans/information to employees
- Coordinate and work closely with the recreation committee to drive and a deliver holistic wellness program
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good influencing skills
- Good in English communication
- Compensation and benefits experience, Thailand practice and legislation
- Payroll and benefits system/software
- Extensive knowledge of employee’s holistic wellness program
- Program / Project management
