Providence PACE/ElderPlace in Irvington Village has multiple Lead Resident Services Assistant opportunities.
$4,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Only full time positions qualify for the bonus.
Schedule: Full Time (40 hours/week), Variable shifts
Job Description:
Under the direction of the Resident Care Supervisor or Operations Supervisor and with clinical supervision, the Lead Personal Care Aide is expected to serve in a leadership role with other Aides to complete all required documentation, assure that all care and medications are administered appropriately, to solve problems, and to communicate with the staff of the next shift. Performs basic and routine quality care to the ElderPlace residents including assisting them in the activities of daily living and other personal care tasks.

Required Qualifications:
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 6 months Medication Administration experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of approved medication administration training
- Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
- 1 year Medication Administration experience
