Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as compensation and benefits expert
  • Partner with HR colleagues and business clients and managers to provide guidance and develop solutions on compensation and benefits related topics
  • Manage and steer reward review rounds including focal/bonus/stock
  • Provide compensation advice for new hire, retention and transfer cases to relevant stakeholders for an alignment with global and regional strategies and business requirements
  • Review and develop the job architecture and salary range structure
  • Maintain good working relationships with our internal and external benefit providers and consultants
  • Provide advice related to local benefits such as mobility allowance, pension plans, retirement schemes, company bikes
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies, pay structures and processes in line with the corporate objectives and company values
  • Support consultations with workers council and external stakeholders
  • Participate in M&A projects through supporting due diligence processes and developing and implementing harmonization concepts
  • Work with agencies and peers to understand and anticipate market trends and perform regular benchmarking to ensure the competitiveness of Oracle
  • Improve internal and external reward communications and train our internal stakeholders and the leadership team on our reward system and benefits offering
  • Drive and support a variety of national and international projects from design to implementation to further develop and improve Oracle's compensation and benefits practices

We’d love to meet you if you have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, psychology, finance, or a comparable field of study
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation & benefits, preferably in a progressive, non-traditional company environment
  • experiences with co-determination and works councils
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
  • High affinity for numbers, strong analytical thinking
  • Good communication skills to different audiences and interpersonal sensitivity
  • Desire to learn and further expand your skills
  • Hands-on and team-oriented mentality coupled with a pragmatic and positive attitude
  • Excellent language skills in French and English

Responsibilities

Create principles to guide the design and application of compensation & benefits programs. Provide guidance on complex compensation & benefits questions and develop onboarding/training materials on compensation & benefits programs, policies, and practices. Handle complex inquiries from HRBP’s. May be assigned as Compensation Business Partner to a Line of Business. Design benefits policies and administration procedures, selects vendors, prepares costs projections, seek approval, and implement new/changed benefits affecting major countries.  Lead the implementation of annual open enrollment and other regular Benefits programs.  Lead a wide variety of departmental projects. Resolve escalated employee eligibility and claim issues. Lead the periodic review of the Compensations & Benefits policies, procedures, communications, and documentations to ensure up-to-date information and relevance. Identify problem areas and provide recommendations for process improvement.  Perform other duties as assigned.
