We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our team who is a creative problem solver with strong analytic and communication skills and a passion for data analytics. As a Compensation Analyst, you will contribute to the design and implementation of our compensation programs and will collaborate with team members to build tools to support the team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, hardworking and enjoys building analytic tools.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Help us evolve the way we think about total compensation

  • Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify problems, develop hypotheses and recommend solutions to compensation programs and processes.

  • Design and develop dashboards and analytic models to provide business insights and interpret market or internal trends.

  • Partner with the systems team in implementing and testing compensation programs in Workday.

  • Define system requirements for Workday performance and compensation programs.

  • Automate monthly and annual compensation reporting and analysis.

  • Conduct global market benchmarking, assess peer groups, ensure consistent market pricing practices, and support updating comp structures and job profiles in Workday.

  • Provide compensation analytics, convey findings and provide recommendations based on market practices and internal equity.


What we need to see:

  • BA/BS degree, quantitative-focused major preferred (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of related experience in Compensation

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Workday

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Flexibility and learning agility


Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Advanced Excel and data analytic skills.

  • Experience with Tableau and other analytic tools

  • Experience building dashboards and automating reports

  • Strong planning, organizational and project management skills

  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing scalable processes with on-going documentation

The base salary range is $108,000 - $224,250. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
