Job title: Sales Compensation Analyst

Grade: 10

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve sales team issues related to compensation and attainment records.

• Prepare and submit Monthly SPIFF calculations.

• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and errors.

• Assist in solving problems with quotas, performance tracking, and compensation accuracy.

• Work closely with sales managers to ensure compliance with compensation plans.

• Use advanced Microsoft Excel to create reports and manage data.

• Communicate with global sales teams and adjust to different time zones as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

• Experience working with large data sets and conducting detailed analysis.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate clearly and work with different teams.

• Knowledge of Salesforce reporting is a plus but not required.

• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule (8 AM – 4 PM EST or adjusted days).
