Title: Compensation Manager, Americas

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join NCR Voyix in our global headquarters as Americas, Compensation Manager. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation programs across the Americas. This involves collaboration with Total Rewards leadership, HR and finance teams. As such you are bringing substantial technical depth in broad-based compensation and an understanding of market trends and the regulatory environment to ensure successful top-down and bottom-up management of Compensation strategy for the region.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Compensation subject matter expert for the Americas, including provision of ad-hoc compensation consultancy to business leaders and HRBPs, in support of business objectives and talent strategy
  • Serve as the Compensation subject matter expert for the Americas in support of the regulatory and collective framework e.g. FLSA and min wage compliance, pay equity and collective bargaining
  • Management of the focal cycle for the Americas
  • Ownership of market intelligence and salary structure development for the Americas
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and ensure procedures are followed to minimize costs and drive simplification/automation and continuous improvement
  • Opportunity for involvement with and ownership of global compensation program management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Previous experience (7+ years) in an Americas compensation focused role, preferably in a high-tech environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey compensation plan design.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and optimize plan design and administration for better outcomes.
  • Deep and wide SME in compensation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in compensation or related area
