Job Description

The Regional Sales Compensation Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring accurate administration and calculation of commission plans for their assigned region. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel. Experience with Xactly Incent or any other Incentive Compensation Management tool is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration of commission plans for the assigned region.
  • Calculate and process commission payments accurately and timely.
  • Handle seller disputes related to commission calculations and payments.
  • Collaborate with HR to integrate and maintain accurate sales compensation data.
  • Work closely with the sales and finance teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales compensation plans.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the efficiency and accuracy of compensation processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, business operations, human resources, or other related roles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Xactly Incent or similar sales compensation software.
  • Knowledge of sales operations and commission structures.
  • Familiarity with HR data integration and management.
