We are looking for a Sr Compensation Analyst to join our growing Compensation Partnering Team! In this role, you’ll help lead the delivery of competitive and fair compensation by providing dedicated support to three of our global Business Units .
This role can be based out of our New York City office or Remote in North America.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with the business to identify opportunities in challenges and provide recommendations/analysis in support of solutions.
- Collaborate with partners, our compensation operations team and wide ranging stakeholders across the People, Finance, and business unit teams on a vast variety of tasks / projects.
- Creative problem solving by leveraging our existing programs/toolbox to make a recommendation that meets the needs of the different stakeholders, and maps back to our compensation philosophy.
- Support and lead compensation projects as needed, including supporting BUs through our mid-year and year-end performance and compensation cycles, in addition to annual salary band benchmarking, while also managing routine activities.
- Support compensation communications and training for assigned Business Units, ensuring that MongoDBs compensation programs are understood across leadership, management and individual contributors.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in global compensation with strong analytical and communication skills
- A holistic problem solver striving for excellence with a growth mindset, and an ability to show a proven track record to learn on the fly and maintain composure in a fast paced environment
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and takes the initiative to help with anything
- Ability to understand and relate to multiple stakeholders from various disciplines
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as needed
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and support multiple stakeholders
- Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills

Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.
MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:
$98,000—$140,000 USD
