Compensation Business Partner, Technology (AI)

Meta is seeking an experienced Compensation Business Partner to work with the North America Technology Compensation team to design and build strategic, innovative, competitive, data driven compensation offerings to enable Meta’s AI ambitions. AI will be an area of focus and will impact almost every product team – across our products in FOA, RL and other areas, as well as how we work internally. The ideal candidate will be a critical contributor to this strategic priority at both hands-on and strategic levels to create business impact across the organization.
Compensation Business Partner, Technology (AI) Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners across pillars on AI compensation strategy and decisions
- Support other Technology compensation areas and projects based on business needs and Tech compensation priorities
- Lead with internal and market insights to drive compensation solutions with clients while providing strong project leadership, a bias towards action, and a strong focus on driving key outcomes
- Drive and own key compensation initiatives across the technology compensation pillars
- Partner with the Compensation Program and Operations team and other cross functional partners to execute and drive consistency across compensation planning, program administration, performance summary cycles and comp program automation projects
- Lead with a global mindset - designing and implementing compensation solutions at global scale with international compensation partners
- Lead the annual market review process for client groups, providing insights on market trends and conducting analysis to ensure ongoing market competitiveness for our roles
- Partner with clients and comp team on job architecture initiatives for new and existing roles within client groups
- Work closely with our offers team and recruiting partners to hire top talent
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS in Economics, Business Administration or similar field
- 6+ years of experience in compensation analyst/consultant role
- Cross-functional Partnership, influencing, and communication skills
- Experience working with HR business partners and senior leaders
- Experience with analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace and HR Systems
- Experience in one or more of the following compensation disciplines: salary and incentive plan design and administration, sales compensation, international compensation, equity compensation, executive pay
- Experience working in fast paced environments and managing multiple key priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Advanced degree

$147,000/year to $213,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
