Title and Summary

Director, Total Rewards, Compensation

Overview • Accountable for design, development and initial implementation for all compensation programs • Builds programs that recognize employees as consumers with diverse interests • Scales programs for local implementation and partners with TR Partners, Compensation Delivery and PBPs and GBSC on ongoing administration and delivery

Responsibilities • Design & develop compensation philosophy, strategies and programs • Design base salary management practices – salary planning/analysis; review/modify salary structures working with Comp Ops; support market analysis/pricing; analyze internal position to market • Design global market pricing program, run bespoke country specific surveys • Design variable compensation plans • Compensation structuring & reporting • Provide geographic compensation expertise – i.e., assess/review comp programs; pay mix changes, target changes, salary structures (CTC), bonus plan corporate score - scheme/switch, top hat/salary sacrifice, etc, Support works councils/unions • Responsible for Pay fairness and compliance along with Pay transparency strategy, Median pay gap, Living wage interventions, Local gender pay regulatory reporting, Global pay equity analysis and remediation • Responsible for Compensation program governance and compliance • Design and deliver training for managers, employees and P&C • Manage selection and track performance of compensation vendors and partners • Responding to Internal audit

Experiences • Demonstrated success acting as a consultant for business and HR leaders, providing advice/recommendations on rewards issues • Proven track record designing and implementing competitive Total Rewards programs • Successfully managed vendor and consultant relationships and achieved project goals as it relates to quality deliverables, timelines and budget • Experience implementing enhancements to Total Rewards programs based on best practices, external trends and leveraging advanced analytics • Demonstrated success when overseeing a large corporate budget • Experience seeing an M&A integration project to completion

Education • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economy, Engineering, or a related field • Advanced English and Spanish Level (written and speaking) is needed
