Your Team, Your Impact
In this role, you'll be a key contributor in developing and maintaining global compensation analytics tools and supporting HR partners with decision making data. You will play a crucial role identifying and implementing technology solutions to streamline processes and managing key global projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery of objectives.What You Can Expect
- Develop and maintain compensation data analytics tools to provide accurate and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with People Analytics and PowerBI teams to improve compensation data analytics.
- Conduct regular analysis of compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Lead the annual compensation review budget process and salary structure development process.
- Support HR partners and business leaders with data analysis to inform compensation decisions.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline compensation analytics and processes.
- Support the integration of new technology with existing HRIS and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with HRIS team to enhance and optimize Workday functionality for compensation processes.
- Lead key projects and initiatives from inception to completion by developing project plans, setting timelines, and allocating resources effectively.
- Monitor project progress, address any challenges, and ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
- Manage the annual compensation review process.
What We're Looking For
- 5 – 10 years of experience working in large corporate compensation role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, arts, science or related field
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proven experience in leveraging technology to enhance compensation analytics.
- Proficiency in HRIS, particularly Workday.
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
110,630 - 165,700, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
