Marvell’s Total Rewards Team, which sits within the Human Resources organization, is the team responsible for global compensation and benefits programs. We are the team that designs, develops, administers and implements compensation and benefits programs, policies, structures, and practices globally. Our mission is to provide a competitive total rewards value proposition for employees and candidates, supporting employee physical, mental, financial, and family health, as well as recognizing employee contributions and years of service.

What You Can Expect

As our Total Rewards intern, you’ll be partnering with both the Compensation and Benefits Teams to support current projects and initiatives. During the internship, you’ll get a wide breadth of knowledge and experience in employee benefits, engagement, & compensation. Here are a few key project areas:

  • Conduct research, analysis and reporting for various benefits and compensation projects

  • Project manage a global employee benefit and engagement initiative, including marketing efforts, program administration, and leading an internal team to meet key deadlines

  • Support an ongoing initiative to further the Total Rewards value proposition, partnering with HR team members globally

What We're Looking For

  • Candidate must be actively enrolled in a Human Resources, I/O Psychology or Business degree program and will continue enrollment into the fall

  • This position is hybrid, requiring in-person presence at the Santa Clara office 2 – 3 days/week

  • Self-starter attitude, eager to take on new projects

  • Excellent communicator – verbal and written – who can work with teams across multiple time zones

  • Project management skills, keeping high visibility programs on track to meet key deadlines

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting

  • Has experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications but can quickly adapt to using new systems

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

21 - 42, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

Additional compensation maybe available for intern PhD candidates.

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model in which you will be able to split time between working from home and on-site in a Marvell office.
