about this team:
As part of the Compensation team and reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation, this role is directly responsible for the development and management of compensation initiatives specific to pay transparency, pay education, change management and pay compliance. The Senior Program Manager will also manage other future compensation programs and projects as needed.
a day in the life
- Translate high level vision and strategy for pay transparency at lululemon into a global program.
- Create and oversee the maintenance of program documentation; communicate timely updates of status, achievements, and potential challenges to stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Lead any solutioning to issues that may arise from cross-functional teams and/or requests made.
- Lead communications and change management strategy around pay transparency in partnership with Legal and Internal Communications teams.
- Collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams such as Business Partners, Learning and Leadership, Talent Acquisition and P&C Digital.
- Partners closely with P&C Employee Compliance team to act as Compensation CoE, to ensure legislative reporting requirements are met, for growing legislative requirements and pay compliance.
- Partners closely with regional Health & Wealth teams on pay transparency and compensation education needs.
- Create educational materials in support of broader compensation team’s needs.
- Manage and lead future compensation programs and projects as needed.
qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in compensation, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Ability to partner, communicate and influence senior leaders (Director level and above) Requires substantial compensation understanding to have integrity in compensation content that is created and presented
- Post-secondary degree in a related field. (e.g., finance, HR)
- Project management experience ideal.
- Highly proficient in Excel and building PowerPoint decks.
- Effective communication and change management skills.
- Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Highly ethical and able to deal with confidential issues with tact, discretion & confidentiality.
- Exposure to HRIS (Workday ideal) back-end.
- Experience in providing consultation to managers, people professionals, employees, and/or business partners.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-$135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
