The Health, Wealth, Mobility Operations Manager reports to the Vice President Health, Wealth and Mobility.
core responsibilities
- Responsible for the Health, Wealth, Mobility operations portfolio, which includes:
- Facilitating the health and wealth leadership team to develop our multi-year roadmap and operating calendar;
- Ongoing monitoring of OKRs, tracking metrics, visualizing progress and improving transparency across teams;
- Lead Health, Wealth, Mobility team engagement strategy and operationalization, including coordinating global department meetings, leadership development, and team connection;
- Supports quarterly talent management processes including coordinating talent meetings, organizing performance ratings, succession planning, calibrating across the department & make informed compensation recommendations;
- Continuously identifies internal process optimizations across the department;
- Leads the Health, Wealth, & Mobility team through budget management, including our annual budgeting process; and owns operational budget tracking and provides guidance on resource allocations
- Manage and lead ad-hoc projects as needed
qualifications
- 7-10 years’ of experience working in Human Resources, or a related field, ideally in a multi-national environment
- Strong analytical and excel skills
- Strong project management and consultative approach, exceptional organization, budget management and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication skills, facilitation skills, and the ability to deal with ambiguity in an environment with competing priorities.
- Detail-oriented, committed to a high degree of accuracy
- Highly ethical and able to deal with confidential issues with tact, discretion & confidentiality
- Willingness to work flexibly across international time zones

This role is classified as hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
