About the role:
The Senior Manager of Total Rewards in partnership with the Senior Director of Total Rewards, will be responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of global total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees. The primary focus of the role will be global compensation and recognition management with support for our global benefit offerings to ensure the company's total rewards offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals. This role will partner closely with the HR Technology & Analytics team, other members of the People team, Finance and business leaders.

Compensation Management:

  • Develop and manage competitive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity awards.
  • Continued build out of our job architecture and supporting infrastructure.
  • Conduct global market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of compensation structures.
  • Oversee salary surveys to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Lead the annual compensation review process, including promotions and off cycle salary adjustments.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on compensation matters to senior leadership and HR business partners.
  • And any additional tasks required by manager.

Benefits Support:

  • Support the administration of global employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other employee perks.
  • Support the evaluation and recommendations for improvements to benefit offerings based on employee needs and market trends.

Recognition Programs:

  • Design and implement employee recognition and reward programs that align with the company culture and values.
  • Measure the effectiveness of recognition programs and make adjustments as necessary to maximize impact.

Employee Communication and Education:

  • Develop and deliver communication strategies to ensure employees understand the value of their total rewards package.
  • Provide education and resources to employees on total rewards programs.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze data and trends related to total rewards and provide regular reports to People team senior leadership.
  • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improving total rewards programs.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management.
  • CCP designation.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency with Workday and compensation analysis tools.

  • Technology: Proficiency with Workday and PayScale
Kong has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to specific candidate location, role, skill set and level of experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards including sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role. Benefits may vary depending on location. US based employees are typically offered access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short and long term disability benefits, basic life and AD&D insurance, among others. The typical base pay range for this role in the US is $160,545 - 185,000.
