Job Title: Sr. Manager – Total Rewards M&A

Location: Prague, CZ

As the Senior Manager – Total Rewards M&A, within the Honeywell Corporate Total Rewards organization, located in Prague, CZ, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our overall M&A efforts from an HR standpoint. This role will help develop/lead work across Global Benefits throughout the lifecycle of an M&A transaction. In addition, this role will be a key part in developing and driving standards to ensure we’re conducting a thorough and complete diligence while enabling a successful Integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Diligence support
    • Responsible for full and thorough diligence related to any/all Benefit related matters.
    • Owning approach, on both Buy + Sell side, related to key Benefit topics.
    • Participation in Management Presentations, HR Expert Calls, Data room and Q&A processes as required.
    • Provide final binding review assumptions on Benefits diligence + Integration approach.
    • Responsible to support in other key Total Rewards areas --- Retention, Executive/Leadership offers/Incentive structures that are critical to Diligence.
  2. Integration support
    • Responsible for driving strategy of Benefits Integration plans with Corporate and Strategic Business units.
    • Timelines, Budgets, Key decision-points specific to Integration timeline for all Global Benefit matters
    • Close alignment with HR IT and HRS teams to ensure implementation timelines/commitments can be met with limited business disruption.
    • Accountability on assumptions @ time of Diligence vs. Actuals (post Integration).
  3. Process Improvement
    • Drive standards in how we complete Diligence and Integration support across Global Benefits + Total Rewards matters.
    • Create templates and standard reviews to accelerate quality and speed of decision-making.
    • Look at alternative ways to improve due diligence (i.e. AI, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in Global Benefits with deep knowledge in EMEA, including Health and Risk, Pension including Defined Contribution schemes
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Prior M&A experience required.
  • Working knowledge of labor and employee relation
