Sr Customer Marketing Specialist
We have an opportunity for a Sr Customer Marketing Specialist to join us at Honeywell in Bucharest Romania. Be part of a team that develops comprehensive go to market strategies and concepts. You will engage with channel managers, industry sales leader, product marketing managers, offering managers and channel partners to lead development of content and digital marketing activation. You will be responsible for monitoring KPI's, achievement of plan and presenting summary status to leadership. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key responsibilities
- Leads the planning and strategy development for marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Provide guidance to business stakeholders based on marketing data such as email open rates, lead conversion, impressions, CPC, downloads and more.
- Create marketing materials for new products and validate their accuracy with stakeholders. Facilitate ongoing communication and the creation of marketing assets for channel partners and end-users. Manage the activation of webpages with relevant teams.
- Enhancing existing marketing content and amplification of brand and products across various regions and channels, aiming to drive demand. Collaborate with demand generation, product managers, channel teams, and leadership to ensure success.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral for Safety Products, including translation and regional adaptation, by coordinating with internal and external creative resources.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase profitable sales, brand growth, and customer loyalty.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and adherence to brand standards, involving key stakeholders as necessary.
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide data-driven suggestions for enhancements.
- Prepare Marcom briefs and sales enablement tools and supervise content and creative development.
- Spearhead content enhancement for customer websites and eCommerce platforms.
- Analyze marketing KPIs to develop insights and strategies.
- Mentors junior staff, provides guidance and support in completing their deliverables.
Key skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer marketing / digital marketing & customer / data management role / Channel marketing
- Proven experience with executing Marcom preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills. Excellent organizational and project planning skills (Workfront experience is a plus).
- Excel experience required.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Business fluent in written and spoken English

- Both corporate OR agency leadership experience is a plus.
- Proven knowledge in Adobe Acrobat Pro, InDesign and Salesforce
