The Sr. Compensation Analyst will be an integral part of the Total Rewards Team responsible for providing holistic compensation support for Dolby’s Entertainment Business Group. This role will uniquely include aspects of both broad-based and sales compensation support for the organization.
In this role, you will help advise on the implementation, communication, and administration of our global compensation programs. The role will lead all compensation analytics for the Entertainment group, including support of business leadership, recruiting, and people business partners in making market-based recommendations for attracting top talent, rewarding key tenured staff, as well as managing critical sales compensation data (monthly and quarterly sales compensation calculations, payment processing, and reporting). The responsibilities of this role will include participating in the annual sales incentive planning meetings, systems set up, and delivering process improvements in order meet the needs of our sales organization within the Entertainment group. In this role, you will assist in driving automation, ensuring data quality, and creating effective metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the sales compensation plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consulting on base salary, bonus, and equity programs.
- Evaluate current and proposed base pay and variable program design for alignment to established guidelines and Dolby’s Compensation Philosophy
- Develop materials and deliver training to people teams and managers on compensation philosophy and programs.
- Lead Job Family Reviews and provide market-based recommendations to department leaders.
- Analyze and participate in compensation surveys to assess Dolby’s competitive position
- Perform analytics from internal and external sources and proactively provide recommendations to the business.
- Lead strategic projects while also managing routine activities.
- Provide ad hoc support and develop strong cross-functional partnerships to support business needs and develop process efficiencies.
- Create compensation models and conduct statistical analysis.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the sales compensation plans.
- Analyze trends in sales compensation and build intelligence through reporting.
- Triage questions and issues identified by the Entertainment group employees in relation to their compensation plans.
- Collaborate with Sales Incentive Planning Team to ensure design and policy decisions are executed, including new fiscal year and mid-year design changes.
- Translate business/operational needs to systems teams.
- Manage and maintain sales compensation systems (Callidus, Salesforce.com, Smartsheet).
Experience and Skills
- 5+ years of experience leading Compensation programs, building sales compensation plans
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
- Strong Excel skills: use of advanced formulas, pivot tables, bar charts
- Familiarity with sales alignment, reporting and analytics
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues and ideas
- Self-starter who loves taking initiative and proactively provide suggestions to streamline and improve processes
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with total discretion
- Ability to influence and collaborate with the management team
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Ability to manage programs and processes globally

Preferred Qualification
- Experience in using Callidus, Salesforce.com, Smartsheet, SuccessFactors
The Atlanta Area base salary range for this full-time position is $94,200 - $113,200, which can vary if outside this location,** **plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
