What you'll do

As a senior compensation system analyst, you will design, implement, and support compensation system solutions. You will collaborate with the compensation analyst and other multi-functional teams to participate in monthly and quarterly sales compensation activities. You will administer Xactly Incent and Xactly Analytics modules. You are someone who is eager to learn and a self-starter who will be a point of contact for all sales compensation system-related questions and inquiries. You thrive in a fast-paced & multi-tasking environment.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sales Compensation system team.

Responsibility

  • Administer the Xactly Incent platform, ensuring accurate configuration of commission plans, rules, and calculations
  • Collaborate with the comp admin and comp design teams to implement changes and updates to sales compensation plans
  • Collaborate with sales ops, rev ops, and admin teams to perform month/quarter end commission processing
  • Support plan design team and  other business partners with ad-hoc analytics reports
  • Be a point of contact for a multi-functional team for Sales compensation-related inquiries and requests
  • Solve commission-related issues reported by the field or comp admin team
  • Address and resolve inquiries from the sales team and the comp admin team regarding commission calculation discrepancies
  • Collaborate with the multi-functional team to identify and solve technical Xactly issues
  • Administer Xactly roles and user access
  • Perform new plan year implementation
  • Coordinate UAT with change requestors and perform config deployments
  • Be a liaison between DocuSign internal teams and external partners in implementation projects
  • Collaborate with the implementation partners to update and build new comp programs
  • Determine how to structure and approach decisions of moderate complexity
  • Collects and analyzes applicable data and other information, considering additional factors as appropriate, before making recommendations and/or decisions

Job Designation

**Hybrid:**Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience with implementing or maintaining Xactly solutions
  • Hands-on configuration experience and knowledge of Xactly Incent
  • Understanding of the SDLC including Design, Build, QA, UAT and Support is Sales Comp domain

Preferred

  • Solid understanding of incentive compensation processes and best practices
  • Strong reporting skills and experience in Xactly Analytics module
  • Advanced knowledge of own function and is able to apply this to complete routine and non-routine work with moderate direction from others
  • Experience in sales compensation in a professional, fast-paced environment (tech)
  • Ability to multi-task with limited supervision
  • Able to assume stretch responsibilities and participate in special projects that advance the function or the team's capabilities
  • Able to take initiative to improve, invent, and proactively share own knowledge and learning across the team
  • Able to use advanced functional knowledge to recommend better approaches to or better outcomes of own work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • SQL proficiency, knowledge of Xactly Connect, Xactly Incent platform certification
