About This Role
This Senior Manager IC role will be responsible for overseeing day to day field incentive compensation for the Neuropsych and Multiple Sclerosis Franchises. This dynamic role requires attention to detail, strong interpersonal rapport and stakeholder management, excellent organizational skills, and high visibility within the Biogen North America.
What You’ll Do
- Build future incentive compensation capabilities and innovation for both existing brands and pipeline brands.
- Accountable for Biogen North America IC plan performance through managing and tracking performance from budget
- Manage day to day communication and administration of field incentive compensation plans
- Leads annual/quarterly field incentive compensation planning for accountable franchises
- Lead partnership with HR supporting annual performance management, promotion, awards, and recognition process
Who You Are
Someone with strong technical skills and the ability to simplify complex communications as well as leverage offshore support to streamline day to day efforts. Must be able to manage schedules across multiple products and therapeutic areas.
Qualifications
Required Skills
• 5+ years of progressive business experience in the healthcare or biotech industry, inclusive of 3 years of field-based experience in account management, sales, and/or field reimbursement.
• Strong Excel skills
• Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Skills
• MBA or equivalent preferred
