The Team
We are a fast-paced and collaborative Total Rewards team looking to leverage analytical skills of a Senior Compensation Consultant/ Business Partner to help define and drive our compensation strategy. We have exciting work ahead of us in the Total Rewards space, and we are looking for someone to come in with energy and excitement on this journey. We are a strategic, proactive team; we find opportunities to proactively drive efficiencies across our team and create a great experience for our (internal) customers and partners.
The Role
The Compensation Business Partner plays a critical role in shaping and executing our compensation strategy to attract, retain and motivate talent. This position will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to HR Partners and business leaders, to design and implement competitive compensation programs aligned with our company’s goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset. The ability to conduct effective and detailed analysis is key, but as important is the ability to find and tell the story behind that analysis, and influence results based on those findings. You can expect to be challenged here, but supported by a great culture and team.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand business objectives and develop/implement compensation strategies that support organizational goals.
- Lead implementation and execution of all compensation programs and processes for designated business(es).
- Serve as trusted advisor to HR Partners and business leaders on on-and-off-cycle compensation-related efforts, including offer negotiations, promotions, retention actions, compression challenges, internal equity concerns, etc.
- Conduct and interpret detailed analysis of compensation data, and effectively translate data to inform decision-making and address business challenges.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic direction on central, global compensation policies, programs, practices, communications and change management across multiple regions.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders, partner organizations and global Rewards team to drive compensation strategies aligned with strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or relevant discipline, combined with 8+ years of Global Rewards experience. Preferably with international, high-tech or semiconductor industry knowledge.
- Strategic thinker with proactive approach to identifying and addressing compensation challenges
- Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to guide and influence senior leaders and drive compensation strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders all levels
- Strong understanding of global compensation practices, market trends and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in compensation management tools and expert excel skills.

U.S. Salary Range:
$140,000.00 - $192,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
