THE ROLE:
This role will include investigating, analyzing, benchmarking, and evaluating total rewards structures and strategies and employee wellness and benefits programs in the region. Be a subject matter expert in this space whom the business can turn to for guidance, and proactively find opportunities to improve the overall employee experience.
THE PERSON:
We are looking for a self-starter and team player who can adapt quickly as priorities change. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work independently. Effective verbal and written communication skills accompanied with cultural sensitivity. Excellent planning, co-ordination, and organizational.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate total rewards programs that align with business strategies and ensure the Company can attract and retain the best talent in the market at all levels. Investigate total rewards related issues and propose solutions
- Investigate, analyze, benchmark, and evaluate total rewards structures and strategies and employee wellness and benefits programs in the region. Be a subject matter expert in the space whom the business can turn to for guidance, and proactively find opportunities to improve the overall employee experience
- Partner with the global total rewards team and other HR and communications stakeholders to deliver global benefits from enrollment to negotiations and employee communications
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience of full project life cycle of larger acquisition, from concept through implementation
- Strong project management, process management, analytical and consulting skills
- Demonstrates proficiency in using market data resources and network for reports, methodologies, and findings to support projects, and proposals
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in related discipline preferred
