The Opportunity
Join the Employee Experience team as a Compensation Business Partner, reporting to Adobe’s Director of Compensation. The role will support the Digital Media organization within Adobe. We’re looking for a strategic Compensation advisor who will raise the confidence of HR Business Partners and Managers by educating them on Adobe’s compensation philosophy & practices to help them make the best rewards decisions. You will help measure the effectiveness of our compensation programs to get results and reward great outcomes.

What you’ll do
- Offer your compensation expertise as a valued partner to the Digital Media business, as well as detailed analysis on all aspects of compensation programs, including base salary, and incentive programs.
- Provide subject matter expertise & compensation leadership to clients & key partners throughout the year and through the annual Rewards Planning process.
- Make data-driven decisions, offer insights, and communicate recommendations for promotions, transfers, job matches, and job leveling.
- Provide input to compensation program owners to improve compensation programs and ensure programs meet business needs.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent, Finance/Accounting, Business, Economics or related field preferred
- 8-10 years of global compensation experience
- Experience working with compensation program design, market analysis, forecasting trends/costs and modeling outcomes.
- Ability to influence partners across a matrixed organization; to provide direction to relevant partners, & counsel to leadership.
- Experience leading & influencing change in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; ability to balance multiple tasks, shifting priorities and ambiguity while remaining flexible.
- Familiarity with Workday & Excel.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
