The Opportunity:
Adobe is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Compensation & Data Insight Sr Analyst. This role is pivotal in generating seller and business performance insights to drive strategy conversations and to make informed business decisions.
What you'll do:
- Develop standardized performance dashboards and ad-hoc analysis for leadership to understand seller performance and their impact on business outcomes.
- Develop data-driven insights that explain trends and outliers, translating datasets into clear, concise findings.
- Communicate analyses and insights effectively to senior leadership, to facilitating data-driven decision-making
- Support short-term ad-hoc deliverables
What you'll need to succeed:
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related degree.
- 5+ years experience in a similar role with a focus on technical project management and team member engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in using the following tools: Microsoft dynamics, Salesforce CRM, Power BI, Anaplan
- Advanced Excel skills (including data modelling)
- Ability to build dashboards and analytic repots
- Ability to manage ambiguity
- Experience driving initiatives
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $96,300 -- $200,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
