Total Rewards Senior Manager

Job Description

This is a great opportunity to make a difference in Growth Markets by serving as a Rewards Strategic partner working closely with GM leadership and MU teams.

You will help drive key Rewards agenda with the following responsibilities:

• Reports to Growth Market Rewards lead and acts as a 2IC as required.

• Advocate, Activate, Educate on Strategy, Principles, Programs, Investments.

• Responsible for Smart TR investment & coaching and a close collaboration with all relevant teams.

• Partner with key GM and MU Stakeholders (Business, HR, Finance, etc.) on key Rewards initiatives, deliverables.

• Close collaboration with relevant Rewards SMEs: MI, Planning, Admin, Exec Comp, Equity, etc.

• Help develop, coach teams at Market and MU levels across HR functions.

• Own Rewards for MW Services Organization, Rewards POC for MD hires.

• Drive and contribute to special projects and initiatives that ensure continued alignment of the end-to-end

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.

• A minimum of 8 years of Rewards.

• A minimum of 5 years of team leader experience

• Rewards Strategy development knowledge & experience.

• Strong stakeholder and leadership experience.

• Advanced Excel - Advanced PowerPoint - Data Analytics skills.

• Needs strong presentation skills as regular conversations with leadership.

• Strong/Clear Communication/interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian.
